Due to conflicting pieces of information being passed around the HOTEL regarding the status of one "Locrian", and the need to determine the suitability of maintaining long-term diplomatic relations with her, this datafile is being prepared to amass all available information on her as it becomes available. This is meant to be a living, non-archival document, so anticipate numerous alterations and revisions.

Inputted - During conversations with other Hotel inhabitants, Locrian stated how a major form of entertainment in Tidespeak involves the "slaughtering of enemies" and that fights to the death aren't uncommon amongst citizens (and engaged in a reportedly care-free manner). During another conversation, Locrian herself stated that she's had several children, all of whom she hunted down and attempted to kill when "they were of age". No indications were made as to how many children she actually has or how many of them are still alive.

Thanks to the disseminations of one "Applejack the Tank", we've learned that Locrian has repeatedly on-and-off harassed the people of the Iron City for several decades, apparently over fear brought about by their weapons--- most specifically, the gun. This apparently also plays into a conversation she had with other HOTEL regulars, where she seemed too eager to label people "evil" based on their personal amount of power.

However, she's also shown to have her own enemies, hailing from a city of Paladins. As little is known on these Paladins, this may be filed away for future reference.

With Prince Obsidian's invasion on January 23, 2015, it was made clear that Locrian was aiding both Aoi Satan and him in the attack on New Grande Imperial Theatre, in exchange for trapping a creature known as a Phane. With such forthcoming information, this may easily be a shock to both Vermellia X. Rosso and Cressida Xadium-Aino, both of whom Locrian befriended, which also brings up the question on if such a friendship was merely an act.
