In some way, shape or form it can be argued that everything has a soul. Pocket dimensions are no different. While most are incapable of sentience, there are a select few that have evolved to the point that they have a name and carry a will to them. They typically roam the voids of interstice. If someone is capable of speaking the name of the soul, they are capable of wielding the full power of the dimension.
