When Pinako brings up the fact she's not able to fly of her own volition yet to her own mother, Kurenai, Minako opens the door to declare that she would be taking Pinako to school, once the two arrive Minako gives a pep talk to Pinako and before she can give Pinako her transformation pen, Pinako dashes off not wanting to be late for school.
