Sailor Neggerra is a mysterious senshi who is blackmailing Etna into helping her. She seems to be after souls and Sailor Crystals for unknown reasons. She appears to be a Sol Senshi dressed in red with black bows. A pair of silver bracelets similar to those used by Galaxia adorn her wrists. Other accents on her uniform are silver, including her tiara. She seems to have the ability to grow angelic wings that start red and slowly turn black. During The Nonary Game, she arrived at the house and revealed herself (or at least appeared to be) Dhe Ehem, implying that at least one person in the house can't be trusted as they work for her.

War of the Gods

For reasons unknown Sailor Neggerra and mysterious (but friendly) Dhe Ehm have entered into a contest using summoned warriors to do battle. While she leads the forces of Discord into battle her opponent leads the forces of harmony.

Powers, Abilities and Items

• None of her senshi abilities have been revealed. The reason for this is unknown.
• She is a mage and uses fear spells regularly.
• She carries an anti-magic dagger called "Rule Breaker;" it can nullify anything magic and kill magical beings with one strike.
