Megan Smithson was born on March 20 to Sarah and Peter Bjorson in the city of St. Paul, Minnesota. As both parents were former members of the Rising Valkyrie Unit, the two suspected that their daughter might harbor some manner of spirit energy power within her, but much to their surprise and relief, she showed no signs of such ability, even at a young age.
