A grocery store selling all kinds of special items out of the back that just appeared on the second floor Lobby of the HOTEL on April 15th, 2015. It also sells a lot of New York Lottery tickets for some reason.

It is actually a front for a highly secret weapons and item cache that is only accessible to Arataka Wyldsword and Chateaux.
