Nelius Raoul's notes: During the events of 2022, where the various versions of 1337 began to mix together, I had been checking out events from outside the veil, so to speak, when I had begun noticing small tears, acting as windows to other versions of Earth.
However, one of the windows was able to peer back, and after a few introductions I began an information exchange with several of the inhabitants of this timeline.
Here's what I was able to obtain.

History
Roughly one-thousand or so years after the fall of the Silver Millennium, the various Kingdoms of Earth were managing to rebuild and settle down after the cataclysm, forming a sort of government to keep the peace while they planned to reclaim fallen areas and rebuild. However, here is where things deviate.
A wandering Demon Lord, one who popped over to the Human Realm on a whim, saw the defenseless planet of humans and figured conquering it would give them a base of operations. She strolled onto the planet and, as a certain mechanical life form would put it, "assumed direct control".
As to why Earth specifically was targeted, it was due to having active signs of life, and if there was active life, then it meant resources for the taking. Probably would've had a better time checking out the other planets for technology and resources, but let's be honest, not every demon is the sharpest crayon in the shed.
Calling the ensuing battle a massacre would be a vast understatement -- even the weakest among the Netherworld is easily several times the superior of the strongest humans combined. The humans fell with ease, a majority unable to even get close due to the sheer pressure of the Demon Lord's aura, and the few Youma that actively tried to attack didn't fare any better. With nobody able to stop them, this Demon Lord, now proclaiming themself to be the Overlord, began flooding Earth with demonic power, changing the very nature of the world and its inhabitants.
Humanity was no more, and the few Youma that saw fit to flee had to hide themselves in various locations around the world to avoid total extinction. Earth was now a Netherworld, a land of demons and other monsters. Under this new Overlord's rule, technological developments began to accelerate while active magical studies made a resurgence, with effectively no resistance from religious organizations that saw such advancements as an affront to their God.
Things weren't all sunshine and rainbows, though -- this Overlord was fond of forcing their will unto various projects, which actually caused much research and development to stall, garnering resentment from the project leaders, and many began to openly discuss rebellion. To that end, several groups started development on training centers, needing to be careful so as not to alert the Overlord to their intent.
Approximately two centuries after taking over, the Overlord had disappeared one day, most demons considering it another one of their flights of fancy, but when days turned to weeks to months to years and she didn't return, Earth was effectively free now. The world was still one of demons, however, and those whose chafed under the former Overlord's rule had ideas of their own on how to proceed forward.
A number of families whom had less then stellar opinions of the Overlord's rule had begun discussing among themselves who could act as Overlord to reign in the ensuing anarchy. Of course, this being the Netherworld, the idea of sharing power amongst themselves was never considered initially. After much discussion, a few fist fights and one particular clash threatening to turn half of the galaxy into a new asteroid field, a tenuous peace was achieved.
Effectively, Earth got divided up into multiple sectors, with each family taking a different sector -- so not much difference from current day Earth, to be honest.
This peace managed to last for about one millennia, until a certain event occurred. This Earth was temporarily relocated to lend aid during the War with No Victor, where Demon Emperor Void Dark conquered well over two-thirds of the known Netherworlds of that time, his tyrannical rule coming to an abrupt end one night. It would be put back after about two weeks, but what was two weeks to the Netherworld was multiple years to the Sol, given that Netherworld time runs much more slowly.
Needless to say, quite a bit of catch-up was necessary.
Many people believe that the former Overlord who converted Earth had run afoul of Void Dark, fatally so, but no tears were shed.
Spell of Rebirth
Neo Queen Serenity's spell to ensure the children of Sol's royalty would be reborn did finish as expected, but she likely didn't expect that this world would be their place of reincarnation. Of course, many of the sealed evils that attacked the Moon Kingdom also came through... and promptly found themselves in a world they were clearly unprepared to deal with.
Usagi
In what is perhaps one of the more fitting reincarnations, this timeline's Usagi was born as a member of the Wererabbit demon species, much like Overlord Usalia of Toto Bunny.
There are a number of differences here compared to the Usagi we all know, so I'll keep it as brief as possible.
Physiology aside, this Usagi is a touch smarter and far more athletic, though somehow her cheerful disposition managed to remain. Upon tapping into her powers as Sailor Moon, her enhanced capabilities have allowed her to use the purifying techniques inherent to the Moon Kingdom without need for an incantation. She has also shown a proficient talent for healing magic, able to reverse unnatural deaths and bring back such people even stronger than before.
Ami
Ami was born to a well-known family of scientific pioneers, being among one of the first in this timeline to consider the applications of combining science and magic together. Through them, the other planets of the Sol were being explored for signs of the former kingdoms, and after discovering scrapped pieces of old Silver Millennium technology, improvements were the first thing on the list, with terraforming and colonization coming swiftly afterwards.
As Sailor Mercury, her genius allows her to analyze enemies thanks to a set of self-developed contact lenses, and through combining mathematical equations with the power of Mercury she has created all kinds of lethal traps for unwary foes to stumble upon. A favorite of hers is a fractal ice prison that threatens to cut the enemy into pieces if they so much as breathe wrong. Of course, if there were a time she was feeling particularly miffed she instead made use of a freezing mist that, once inhaled, could turn even the hottest demons into ice sculptures from the inside-out.
That said, when not on either job she tends to be a bit reclusive, so not much difference from the one we're familiar with.
Rei
Born to a group who practiced the teachings of "Bushi Road", this incarnation of the Princess of Mars is much more studious, and a bit less hot-tempered. Being trained in Archery from a young age has enhanced her powers as a Sailor Soldier, allowing her to combine multiple archery techniques with her planetary powers.
Rumors were about that fallen angel descent was in her blood, as much like Usagi she knows of a few purification skills, though these may actively be due to her former life. One doesn't leave behind anything in a reincarnation, after all.
Makoto
Found wandering the Netherworld of "Blood Parch", the Princess of Jupiter was delirious and skittish, finding the Netherworld not to her liking. She was brought to Earth, whereupon she began recovering at an accelerated pace. She would later admit to having stumbled through a Dimensional Gate in her sleep, though one should take this with a grain of salt.
A study of her bloodline reveals some Alraune genetics, and as Blood Parch had no normal plant life due to a lack of water, her connections with nature had addled her mind.
As Sailor Jupiter, she mixes martials arts with electrical strikes, and on days she's feeling rather catty she can set vine traps that drain targets of their blood (though she doesn't drink it; she's not a vampire).
Minako
Perhaps one of the more interesting incarnations, Minako was reborn as a Succubus. Something few realize about Netherworld Succubi is that they have inherent shapeshifting powers, allowing them to take on a form their target finds most aesthetically pleasing. For the woman who served as the body double for the Moon Princess, the ability to change her outward appearance at any time is an immense boon.
As Sailor Venus she retains her ferrokinetic skills and access to beams of light. A long-running claim was that she had the ability to bring people together merely by being in the area.
Of course, Netherworld Succubi aren't particularly well-liked by other female demons, barring the Nekomata species, so Minako had an uphill battle in gathering friends.
Mamoru
The Prince of Earth was especially affected by the planet's transformation into a Netherworld. His stage magician abilities as Tuxedo Mask were supplemented by an enhanced ability to swipe abilities from his foes to hamper them -- he's outright stolen information from someone's head, which combined with an ability to mute his presence to nigh-undetectable levels has allowed him access to wherever he wishes to go. In fact, several facilities owned by Ami's clan outright hired him to find security holes.
One rumor painted him as a descendant of the former Overlord, and while it did garner him some negative opinions, eventual testing proved that rumor wrong.
Chibi-Usa
Being Usagi's child, she of course is also a member of the Wererabbit race, though due to events involving the Black Crystals, the negative energies clashed heavily with her own, temporarily turning her into a Lucky Board and pulling her into the past.
Lucky Boards are generally considered the punching bag among demons, right alongside Prinnies, so one can imagine she had a hell of a time trying to not get cracked open like a cockatrice egg, especially considering that Lucky Boards lack a means of self-defense, being unable to use any skills of their own.
Luna
The advisor to Queen Serenity found herself awakening in a world of demons, and initially thought she had been transported off-world by something or someone else.
Due to having been in a magical stasis thanks to the Silver Crystal's energy and being on the Moon, the transformative power of the Overlord was unable to affect her. This made her initial mission much more difficult, as many demons took to trying to use her as a toy for their amusement.
Yet history echoes, as it was Usagi who chased off the demons and saved her. Luna was more than a little off-put by her charge being an excitable rabbit-demon, but after some time she was able to adjust and begin guiding Usagi.
Artemis
Much like Luna, he was held in magical stasis, and upon his awakening, he tried to seek out the reincarnation of Sailor Venus, only to find himself in a situation he was vastly unprepared to deal with.
After what was supposedly an "intensely embarrassing incident", Artemis began working with Minako, though his adjustment period was a bit longer.
Historical Events
Dark Kingdom - No Chance
With the rebirth spell finally complete, Beryl began her plan to revive Metallia... only to find out that during the transfer to the Netherworld, Metallia had begun to stir thanks to the surrounding energies, and it had caught the attention of Void Dark himself.
Having sent a few members of the Lost to collect the malignant creature borne of solar radiation for study, Void Dark promptly killed it with ease when it tried to overpower him.
With no Metallia to serve, Beryl was at a loss on how to proceed forward. Ultimately, she decided on starting with trying to find any reborn followers, as well as recruit any surviving Youma.... a plan that ultimately failed. With the followers' rebirth into demons, they had no reason to follow her, and the Youma were nearly rendered extinct during the former Overlord's reign, refusing to come out of hiding at all.
The Dark Kingdom was defeated before it even had a chance to begin. Beryl, having lost her purpose, simply chose to resume her regular life.
With no evil to deal with, the Senshi didn't awaken during this period.... but that wouldn't last forever.
Nemesis - Crushed
Fear the Great... a system said to be installed on every planet in the Solar System. When malice reigns high, the most malicious individual is possessed by this system, and continues to accumulate malice until the world is scrubbed clean of its inhabitants. Many Netherworld Records claim that Fear the Great had been activated seven times in the past... potentially during times before the Moon Kingdom had been established. Had Beryl's attack on the Moon Kingdom not been quelled when it had, it was more than likely that Fear the Great would've activated, reducing Earth to nothingness just like the other Sol planets.
With the natural disaster that would've propelled our timeline's Usagi to Queen being easily quelled, the would-be Senshi simply continued their daily lives, for about roughly one-thousand years, up until a certain day that the sky turned pitch-black, with no sign of stars to signal the night.
Someone or something had activated Fear the Great far ahead of when it should've been possible to, and was looking to cause ruin. Investigations into this showed a lone demon doing its damnest to supply the system with a nigh-overwhelming flood of malice.
This ended up being the impetus that the Senshi needed to tap into their previous lives' powers, and after a bit of confusion and some "learn as they go" they dissipated the malice into nothing, the demon responsible fleeing before it could be overwhelmed.
With the other planets fully colonized, this demon couldn't take refuge on any of them lest it be recognized, so it fled to the outer reaches of the Sol, finding the barren, forgotten planet.... Nemesis.
Taking up refuge on this lone world, something within it called to the demon after some time.... a tantalizing voice, a promise of genuine power.... with such an offer dangling in front of them, how could they refuse?
On accepting the voice's offering, obsidian-colored crystals began to emerge from the planet's depths, the wicked side of the dark coming forth to grant this demon its power by implanting one shard into its heart. Now filled with a power beyond words to describe, and combined with Nemesis's own copy of Fear the Great, the demon made its swift return to Sol, bombarding Earth with the crystals and misbalancing the Netherworld.
The Senshi were quick to return to action, but no matter how many of the crystals they shattered, more seemed to appear from each one's remains -- even the combined might of Usagi and Rei's purification abilities could merely stem the tide, not turn it back.
Mamoru proved to be the key factor -- using his innate talents to steal information and other concepts from his target alongside his connection to Earth, he found the crystals' origin points, and began directing the Senshi in toppling these points, finally stopping the crystals' uninhibited spread. Had they failed, the crystals would've begun to bud off and launch offshoots of themselves at the other planets of the Sol, amplifying the amount of negative energy and guaranteeing all copies of Fear the Great activating at once, erasing the Sol of life a second time.
With Ami's clan analyzing the crystals and pinpointing their world of origin, the Senshi travelled to Nemesis, where they immediately began working their way below-world, finding the core of the black crystals and destroying it after a lengthy battle against its thrall.
Nemesis began to shatter, and in a last-ditch effort to survive, the black crystal in the demon's heart animated a shard that had been overlooked on Earth, took possession of a Prinny, and with the last bit of dark energy left, took a trip to the past. It had been aiming for around the time of when it first tried to awaken Fear the Great, but here it managed to go even further back -- to a time where the Guardians hadn't awakened yet, and were still blissfully unaware of their powers. This was its chance, to strike them down now!
Sadly for the sentient rock, its attempts to attack the past Guardians when they hadn't yet awakened ended up being the impetus for them to awaken. The scheme rapidly falling apart, it then attempted to merge with the Nemesis of the current timeline, only to receive a shock -- a random Lucky Board that had been interfering with several of the battles turned out to be Chibi-Usa, who then used her timeline's Silver Crystal in conjunction with Usagi's Silver Crystal to completely wipe away the influence of the Malefic Black Crystal, also erasing it from the entirety of Nemesis.
Nemesis would later be considered for annexing once it was confirmed that all traces of the Black Crystal were gone. Some time afterwards, people had begun wondering if it were possible to have a Sailor Nemesis, though such discussions died down after a while.
