Post Reboot
Due to the recent "reboot" after the collapse of the universe, and the scrambled timelines intersecting, Sean Collins remained frozen in stasis. He was never awakened to join the Senshi Knights, thus preventing Ian from being created as his clone. Ian thus has no future in the current timeline.
