A Resolution pushed to the UN on May 29th, 2012 through the efforts of [[Ten'ou Haruka]] (via Japanese PM Yoshihiko Noda), [[Michael Sunnyside]] (via US President Barack Obama), [[New Capital Defense Plan|Isabella Penoit]] (via French President Francois Hollande ), [[Lobelia Carlini]] (via Russian President Vladimir Putin), Major-General [[Masaru Yoneda]] of [[UNIT]], and presented by [[Franziska von Karma]], with the hopes of getting the world to vote [[Tony Suthers]] off the planet, putting a peaceable end to his Prometheus Project. 

The Resolution, drafted by [[Franziska von Karma]] and [[Harriet S. Weinberg, Esq.]], read as follows: 

<I>"Whereby, the United Nations of Planet Earth hereby do formally and in united voice, solemnly declare, under the respective laws of their nations, an injunction against any and all 
activities by Anthony Suthers, his heirs and assigns, and formally request and demand that he immediately depart from the planet along with any and all materials, artificial intelligences,
technologies and devices that he has acquired, constructed or brought with him, never to return, and that any and all operations initiated by him since his arrival be immediately and 
permanently disclosed and terminated." </I>

It was brought to a vote by U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, and failed to pass with a 2/3rds majority, going 96-95 in favor.
