The Future Queen of Earth 1337-B, Succeeding "Sailor Pluto" Chiba Mamoru and Neo-Queen Serenity. She dresses like Black Lady but has a heart of gold and an insatiable libido. She eventually abdicates to her sister Kousagi in order to hang out with her friends Momoko, Cressida, Sakura, and Vermellia, the four of whom act as her informal guardians.
