Sailor Halley is an amnesiac Sailor Senshi who mysteriously arrived at The Hotel after falling out of the sky in the early hours of new years eve 2012.
Origin
Sailor Halley is actually a Manikin created by Sailor Neggerra. Upon being infused with a Sailor Crystal received from Mango-chan, the Manikin took her current form. Afterward, she was seemingly abandoned at The Hotel by her creator. As such, she isn't actually amnesiac, but has no memories prior to this.
