A former agent of the Celestial Intervention Agency who was ordered off the Movellan front and sent to investigate the Silence Device only to be captured and turned by The Tyrant. Originally honed to perfection by having his timeline surgically altered to become his best possible alternative self, he has since slipped back into a more lecherous "bro" version of Time Lord James Bond due to imperfections in the Tyrant's process.
On March 21st, 2016, Strix was killed by an Alternate Universe version of The Actuary in an assault that destroyed the last remnants of The Eight-Fold Empire.
Resurrection
On January 19th, 2020, Hazel Ninegate "resurrected" him by pulling an alternate version of him from a time line where events ran slower compared to Earth 1337-A and the Actuary War was jjust beginning, rescuing him before his death at the hands of the AU Actuary. She has demanded his loyalty, informing him that his life belongs to her.
