Methos is the rumored to be the oldest Immortal at over 5000 years old. He is a mystery, but his interactions with other Immortals over the last few decades have brought out more of his history than he cares to share. As one regarded to be a myth and not a real person, Methos never had a Watcher who knew him by his true name, though records of him do exist using some of his aliases.
Chronicles are lacking on Methos, though during the period of time he served as a Watcher researcher, he was placed in charge of finding himself and made sure it didn't happen. He likes it that way.
