Overview

Human / alien foot soldiers partially converted into cybermen-like creatures for generic field / military operations on behalf of The Black Covenant

Programmed to be unquestioning minions of the Covenant, these disposable footsoldiers are deployed wherever force is required. Their ability to use cyber-technology allows them to assimilate their wounded enemies, thus adding to their numbers in combat. M.O.O.Cs are mass-produced in various factories around the globe and share a distributed command and control nexus on a platoon level, with M.O.O.C-Leaders co-ordinating matters personally with Covenant HQ. This prevents hostiles from disabling more than one platoon at a time via viruses or other means. While individual soldiers still have personalities and emotions, these are overriden if they come into conflict with the deployed mission profile.

Capabilities

M.O.O.C.s are equipped with built in Dust-based weaponry, whose capabilities can be changed in-field by replacement of the appropriate DUST ammunition stocks. They can also use any normal weapons designed for humanoid bipeds. M.O.O.Cs are generally deployed with Ice, Fire and Light type DUST ammunition for a variety of offensive tactics.

M.O.O.C. armor is a Titanium undercoat with thick outer plating of Cold-Forged Iron to help disrupt supernatural attacks. There is a "Lobotomy" kill switch designed to fry the soldier's brain should they disobey orders or be commandeered by mind control, and a self-destruct in the suits to prevent M.O.O.Cs from being revived as undead warriors. M.O.O.C. units are not flight capable without a jetpack attachment.
