Abilities

• Hydrokinesis - Neo Sailor Neptune can create and control all kinds of water, though her specialties lie with salt water.
• Water Walking - She is able to walk/run/stand upon water if she likes.
• Aquatic Respiration - When submerged, Neo Sailor Neptune is able to breathe as easily as if she were above the surface of water.
• Speed Swimming - Able to swim at incredible speeds and maneuver as easily as if she were flying.
• Hydrokinetic Creature Creation - Neo Sailor Neptune can create minions from the deep waters of the ocean.

Weapons

• Abyssal Poseidon Quadrant - An ancient four-pronged pole arm weapon steeped with the ancient tides of the planet Neptune. Emblazoned with an archaic symbol of Neptune, it occasionally glows with the light from deep beneath the sea. Neo Sailor Neptune is never seen without it.

• Pelagic Neptune Net - Made from the strongest seaweed fibers known to the deep seas of Neptune. Able to withstand even the strongest of maelstroms, the fibers are nigh unbreakable. The net is weighted down with decadent pearls and gold beads; they're far heavier than the look. Neo Sailor Neptune summons her net on occasion to entrap her opponents.

Attacks

• Unnamed Attack - A simple ball of bright aquamarine energy glows in between the inner prongs of her quadrant. When she wants, Neo Sailor Neptune can aim her Quadrant and blast out the destructive ball of energy.
• Seismic Tsunami - Her quadrant glows and she slams the butt of it down into the ground. It causes the earth around her to crack and tremble in a shattering earthquake. From behind her, far in the distance, an enormous tidal wave/tsunami rushes forwards, crashing into her opponent.
• Enmeshing Destruction - 1) Summons her net where she attempts to throw it onto her opponent to ensnare and trap them. 2) Then, she leaps forward to spear her opponent with her quadrant.
• Neptune Nautilus Minions - Neo Sailor Neptune summons one to five minions of deep sea water. Depending on the amount she summons, their strength and durability varies.
• (Super attack) Cataclysmic Maelstrom - She's crouching down, holding her quadrant horizontally perpendicular to the ground. The air grows cold, wet. The wind blows strong as the sea surges and writhes. With all the force of the storm behind her, she charges forward, enveloped in the energies and strengths of the stormy ocean.
