Jedda Rain was girl from Australia who held a deep feud with her niece and nephew, Elda and Keeran Aster.
Childhood
Jedda Rain had a high respect for her sister when she was little. However, Claudia chose to marry Keith Aster, the heir of the Aster family. Not long after Keeran and Elda were born, Claudia died of unknown causes, and Jedda swore revenge on the children and anyone they ever loved. When Jedda was nine, she was found a bleeding mess around a mirror she had broken. She suffered from severe physical trauma, and was in a coma due to extreme blood loss. But something mental had spawned. She was in the hospital for six months, and later spent a year in an asylum.
Teenage Years
Jedda's parents later moved to Australia, but due to severe trauma, Jedda had missed three years of schooling, putting her extremely behind. Time passed, and Jedda ended up in the same school as Elda. She instead pretended to be Elda's friend, but when Jedda graduated, she snapped and killed Elda's parents. It was later claimed she was killed herself, but instead went missing.

Toy Soldiers
At the end of Toy Soldiers, Jedda got her wish and killed Keeran Aster, but was killed herself. Normally, she'd have been rewarded for her deeds, but because she betrayed the Kuiper senshi, she was sent to the Kuiper Belt to freeze for eternity.
