The Iron Soul School was founded by hino rei.bot and combines the Kamesennin and Tsurusennin school of fighting. After coming back from the main Kai world Daikaioushin, rei.bot also integrated techniques from the Rokushiki school as well.

Techniques are roughly ordered from easier to harder.

Training Regimen

For those already physically strong, rei.bot traditionally starts with Busōshoku Haki in order to make them extremely hardy in combat, followed by Soru (Shave) for speed, Tekkai (Iron Mass) for extreme defense.

Ki Training comes later, with smaller ki technqiues followed by Dodonpa/Kamehameha for advanced students, and then Kaioken, and Genki Dama.

rei.bot's first students would have had this training reversed, as she had not discovered the Soru and Tekkai techniques yet.

Traditional Kame-Tsuru-Kaiou style based Attacks

Traditional Iron Soul attacks Include:

Defensive / Primarily Defensive Moves

Barrier: a Ki-shield is formed around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. The shield is usually either int he form of a sphere, or skin-tight.

Kiai: A loud yell which can disperse weaker Ki attacks, or if done by a very powerful being, rip a hole in spacetime.

Kiaiho: An invisible attack that uses ki to knock one's opponent back. It can be shot either from an open palm or from the eyes.

Taiyo-ken: (Solar flare) The technique is performed by the user placing their hands close to the center of their face with the fingers spread toward their eyes. The user then calls out 'Solar Flare!' and a blinding white light fires out that blinds everything watching except the user, since they are projecting the light. Due to the fact this is simply a flash of light, it will work regardless of any gap in power between the user and the target. The technique is rendered useless if opponent is wearing sunglasses or if they close their eyes.

Body Bind: The user forms a reiatsu cloud around the victim which stops the person from moving.

Chonoryoku: one or both hands put forward which then can manipulate the bodily movements of his opponent to an extent, providing that the opponent is not too powerful. The user can stop someone's movements or cause internal pain with this technique.

Zanzoken: The user can move so fast he leaves an after-image, while attacking from another standpoint.

Offensive Attacks

Basic Ki Attacks

Soukidan: A round energy ball shot from the palm of the hand.

Saiko No Kogeki: A Ki blast shot out of the mouth.

Eye Beam: A double ki blast shot from the eyes.

Mid Level Ki Attacks

Ki No Tsurugi: A Ki beam that shoots out as an extension of the hand and can be swung and stabbed to cut or pierce enemies.

Tsuihidan: A Ki blast that tracks its enemy.

Hankokubikkurisho: A Ki blast shot forward using both hands, trapping the target in a shocking field of energy from which the opponent cannot escape.

Kakusandan: A blast is shot from each hand. The blasts then are merged and directed above the heads of the targets, then split into many smaller Ki bolts which rain down upon the targets.

High Level Ki Attacks

Kienzan: A flat, disc-shaped Ki blast, which can be used to slice through its target with deadly accuracy.

Bakuhatsuha: By raising two fingers, create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area or the ground under an opponent.

Renzoku Energy Dan: Shooting Ki bolts continuously from the hands, resulting in somewhat of a "machine-gun ki blast" effect.

Kakusanyudokodan: Fire many Ki bolts around the target, surrounding them, then control the bolts so they all shoot toward the target.

Ultimate Level Ki Attacks

Bakurikimaha: An ultimate ki attack, this is is an extremely powerful ki blast shot from one hand, the other gripping the shooting hand's wrist for support.

Eraser Cannon: It is a large, powerful Ki blast shot from the mouth, and can destroy in a very large radius from where it hits.

Dodonpa: A blast shot from one finger that concentrates all the body's energy and which explodes upon impact.

Kamehameha: It is a Ki blast, which to start is charged up held behind the firer in cupped hands, then brought forward to release a large blast of energy.

Genki Dama: A large ball of energy gathered from nature, humans, etc., which lend you their energy.

Akumaitokosen: This is a special energy wave designed explicitly for a quick kill of one's opponent. When the wave strikes its victim, the evil in his heart expands and causes his heart to explode. Of course, the victim then must have some evil in his heart for the attack to work.

Other techqniques

Bukujutsu: The ability to fly with one's ki.

Shunkanido:The user places two fingers on his forehead, searches for a Ki he wants to go to, then when he finds it, can teleport there.

Kaioh-ken: This is primarily a power-up move. When Goku uses this technique, he flares up and gains a large boost to his speed and power. Goku can also use multiplied power to his Kaioh-ken.

Fusion: This technique is used to fuse two people into a single person, and give the fused person a huge power boost. Anyone can do the Fusion, but you have the same power as whoever you fuse with, and you must learn the correct pose and form. It's easy to make a mistake and fuse into something far weaker though. The Fusion lasts for 30 minutes before the fused person becomes two again.

Rokushiki Technique List

After a trip to the storehouse of martial arts knowledge on the Kai world, rei.bot has brought back more techniques, including haki and Rokushiki. There are six main techniques in the Rokushiki school, as listed below.

Defensive

Soru 剃 Shave
Allows the user to move at super-human speed in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye.

Soru is the most fundamental form of Rokushiki.

Geppou 月歩 Moon Step
Allows the user to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. One can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. While the technique itself affords several advantages both in and out of battle, it has but one major weakness: since its usage depends heavily on the user's legs, restraining or pinning down any major parts of their lower body can significantly disrupt it.

Kami-e - 紙絵 Paper Drawing
Makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper.

Kami-e "Slime" 紙絵「軟泥」 Paper Drawing: "Slime"
Instead of the body becoming limp like paper, it stretches and moves in ways slime or sludge would move in order to avoid attacks.

Tekkai 鉄塊 Iron Mass
Hardens the user's muscles to the level of iron in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces. When Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces with his/her use of Tekkai. Furthermore, despite the increased physical density that one gains when activating this move, one should remember that the user's body is still flesh and blood. Thus, its resistance to other than solid attacks remain pretty much the same, making the user as vulnerable as ever to certain attacks.

Offensive

Rankyaku 嵐脚 Storm Leg
A powerful projectile technique in which the users starts by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "Flying Slash/air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.

Rankyaku "Hakurai" 嵐脚「白雷」 Storm Leg: "White Lightning"
A much more powerful form of Rankyaku that is used by using both legs, it appears to cut the air in a larger area.

Rankyaku "Renge" 嵐脚「蓮華」 Storm Leg: "Lotus Blossom"
In this attack, Rankyaku is performed with both legs instead of one, causing multiple cuts on either side of the opponent. The cuts at first appear small and then "blossom" into larger ones, perhaps explaining the name.

Shigan 指銃 Finger Gun
A close-quarter combat technique in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving an injury similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. The Shigan's shape is derived from the shape of the finger. If you got poked in the butt with a Shigan, you'd die.

Tobu Shigan "Bachi" 飛ぶ指銃「撥」 Flying Finger Gun: "Plectrum"
A projectile version of Shigan that fires sharp air bullets from the fingers, similar to "Rankyaku." This type of Shigan is launched by flicking instead of jabbing.

Tekkai "Utsugi" 鉄塊「空木」 Iron Mass: "Deutzia"
This form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter, where the purpose isn't to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body.

Rokuougan 六王銃 Six King Gun
The secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. Only those who have absolute mastery of the other six skills have access to this seventh skill. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave, causing massive internal injuries.

Haki

Haki 覇気 Ambition
A mysterious force that is found in every living being. It is not that different from the normal senses. However, most people do not notice it or fail in awakening it. Broadly, there are two types of Haki common to everyone, given the proper training; however, there is a third type that only a certain group of "chosen ones" are said to possess.

Haki is dormant in every living person, but it's rare for most people to ever awaken that ability. Intense training can awaken it, as can extreme shock.

Types of Haki

Haki is separated into three categories: (1) Kenbunshoku Haki, which grants users a sixth sense of the world around them and limited precognitive abilities; (2) Busōshoku Haki, which allows the user to use their spirit as armor to defend against attacks or to make their own attacks more potent; and (3) Haōshoku Haki, a rare type of Haki only one in a million can use which grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others.

Most people who can use Haki tend to have a type they're better at and as a result focus on that type. However, a person can improve their abilities with all the types of Haki, it just requires more work.

Kenbunshoku Haki

Kenbunshoku Haki (見聞色, Color of Observation; also known as Mantra (心綱 (マントラ), Mantora; kanji means "Mind Rope") is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack "hits" for real. It appears that the more killer intent the enemy has the easier they are to predict, though more skilled users can predict future moves regardless of whether there are ambient murderous intents or not.

Though the technique allows the user to predict most attacks, it can be circumvented by various means. It cannot predict inherently random attacks. Tying in with the inability to detect random attacks, Kenbunshoku Haki seems to be linked to the target's own awareness of themselves and their surroundings. It also doesn't make the user any faster than normal, so the user's ability to dodge is dependent on their speed. It also seems to falter if the user looses their concentration.

Busōshoku Haki

Busōshoku Haki (武装色, Color of Armaments) allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. Similar to Tekkai, this allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Only significant physical force can overcome this defense. The invisible armor can take on many forms such as hardening a fist to the point where it changes color. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others. It can be used to augment the user's physical attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure sheer force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. Any attack enhanced by Haki hits immensely harder than it would normally.

This type of Haki also has the ability to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the "substantial body" beneath whatever protection the fruit provides, even in the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Logia users. However, this ability is not absolute. It has been suggested that this type of Haki will cancel when two CoA users of equal strength clash. If such a case occurs, then the underlying Devil Fruit will remain unaffected, allowing the body-altering Devil Fruits' user to recover as they normally would.

This is also the only known Haki to have a physical affect by the person using it. For example if the person using it is very large, the affect of the haki "push" will be much greater than someone of a smaller size using it. Therefore if a child is using it, the affect of the Haki itself will be much smaller. There is also a difference between how long the person has been using it and the experience level of the "will" of the use itself. Therefore, if someone is much older, the will and ability to use Haki and do damage to a logia, for example, will be much easier than if a younger person with a smaller, younger less experienced will tries to attack a logia user.

Techniques

Busōshoku: Kōka (武装色 硬化, Color of Armaments: Hardening): The user implants Busōshoku Haki in his body to harden it.

Haōshoku Haki

Haōshoku Haki (覇王色, Color of the Conquering King) is a rare form of Haki that cannot be attained through training and only one in a million people are born with it. This type of Haki grants the user the ability to overpower the wills of others. The most common usage in the series so far is knocking those with weak wills unconscious. Whilst inexperienced users are restricted to merely overpowering the will of one individual or blindly knocking out weak-willed people around them, those with more expertise can pick out weak-willed individuals in a large group and knock them out without affecting those around them.

However, those with stronger wills can resist or even ignore the effects of Haōshoku Haki. While this type of Haki cannot be attained through training, it can be improved through training, as it grows as the users spirit grows. It seems that upon recovery, victims of Haōshoku Haki experience the sensation of chills running through their body, though it presumably wears off after a short period.

Those hit with Haōshoku Haki faint and foam at the mouth after losing consciousness. Use of Haōshoku and Busōshoku Haki creates a rippling or shock wave-like effect, but one to one it can be completely invisible.

Aura

The "Second Pillar" of Iron Soul technique brought back from the 51st century by Cressida who was taught it by rei.bot in her timeline, it is a purely defensive ability used to heal wounds to the body taken in combat.

Aura relates to the way ki and reiatsu are used to gird your body in battle, but takes it to the next level. The soul itself fortifies the body and actively heals damage--to a point-- taken in battle. The strength of an Aura degrades with continual use, so it can't be used indefinitely as the sole means of defense. With time or heavy use, a person's Aura will decay to the point where they are left weakened or even incapacitated.

The healing aspect is automatic and not controlled by will. Iron Soul practitioners use ki to strengthen the body and Aura to keep it healed. One of the more common uses for it is to allow for barehanded combat against users of bladed weapons. Combined with Armament Haki it can make an "unarmed" fighter quite dangerous.

All living things possess Aura, but in order to use it effectively in combat, the Aura must be unlocked and mastered. A person with high Aura can unlock it in another person by touch, "jumpstarting" it at the cost of a temporary Aura drain. There is some ceremony associated with this, usually an incantation:

"For it is in passing that we achieve immortality;
Through this we become a paragon of virtue and glory to rise above all.
Infinite in distance and unbound by death, I release your soul,
and by my shoulder, protect thee.
