Cafe Topsy Turvy is a butler and maid cafe that is located in Akihabara, very close to Otome Road. The name comes from the fact that every day, the cafe alternates between a staff of butlers and a staff of maids.
While the business was originally owned and operated by a four person partnership that included Suu Yotsuba, the owners mutually decided to sell the business to an events company and divided the proceeds four ways. (Suu used these proceeds to finance her studies abroad.)
