CLAMP Gakuen Paranormal Research Association

The CLAMP Gakuen Paranormal Research Association (CLAMP Gakuen Kaikigenshou Kenkyuukai, or CLAMP 学園怪奇現象研究会) is a club of students that have devoted themselves to researching paranormal activity in and around the CLAMP Gakuen campus. They figure prominently in the three CLAMP School Paranormal Research Association novels by Tomiyuki Matsumoto and illustrated by CLAMP.

The Association Overview

The PRA was founded by former student Kyoko Karyuin, but it wasn't until she passed the reins of presidency onto Yuuki Ajiadou that the association really took off. They have battled possessed subway cars, encountered cute but deadly space monsters, stopped an evil organization from unleashing a biological vampire virus on the world, and survived eating some supposedly deadly ice cream. With the new school year on the horizon, the time of change is at hand...

Yuuki Ajiadou 亜細亜堂ユウキ

The president of the association, he (yes, he) is a college first-year studying drama. Yuuki has the ability to teleport, provided that he is falling from a height of at least 40 centimeters. He is also a member of the Drama Club. (Yuuki is similar in many respects to Tsubasa Kurenai from Ranma ½.)

Takayuki Usagiya 兎屋高雪

Takayuki is a first year college student studying business that acts as secretary and snack supply. He is taken care of by Koizumi, a ghost who has served as maid to the Usagiya family for generations.

Rion Ibuki 伊吹りおん

Rion is in her second year of high school, and is a miko at the Masaki Jinja, a shrine that she and her grandmother reside at. She is able to communicate with the spirits of the dead, and has on ocassion manipulated them as weapons. She and Suu are close friends.

Kouji Takamura 鷹村光司

The older cousin of Suou Takamura on the CLAMP Gakuen Elementary Student Council, Kouji is also a fairly capable ninja, but he is sensitive about his small stature. Kouji is in his third year of middle school. He is the boyfriend of Sakiko.

Sakiko Hoshinosuka 星ノ塚幸子 (not official kanji)

A third grader and Kouji's girlfriend. She joined the Association to be closer to Kouji, but also has her own reason for joining: She wants to become an astronaut so she can visit her friend Zetton.

Mifuyu Mizukagami 水鏡美冬

A graduate of CLAMP Gakuen and now a member of the faculty teaching kendo to the elementary school division. While she's extremely skilled at swordfighting, she's extremely lacking in smarts.
