Biography
Born in London, England, Megan Conner learned from an early age that she had the ability to cause depression in those who stood near her. After accidently causing a serial killer's suicide, she awoke as Sailor Proteus, the senshi of despair. Moving to Tokyo, she currently lives in the basement of an apartment, continuing her career as a bestselling author.
Powers
- Inner Fear: A ball of energy fired from her hands which causes whoever hit to exprience their greatest fear.
- Despairing Judgement: A ball of energy fired from one hand, which when it hits someone, causes them to exprience all the evil they may have done in their life ten times over.
