Local Senshi Program

The Local Senshi Program is a unofficial (aka no governmental backing) program in Japan which assigns specific senshi to be the guardians of specific areas of Japan (and with success beyond that). The goal is to allow senshi to better themselves as both heroes and people as well as increase defense against evil.
