It is a simple restaurant with a long counter that wraps around, and sits 15 people at a time. Sayo works with her partner, Ren Yoshiyasu, behind the counter as they take orders, prepare the specific toppings, and dish out delectable ramen.

Menu

  • Shio Ramen- A salt-based broth with thin, straight, noodles, and topped with narutomaki, negi, menma, and nori.
  • Hearty Tonkotsu Ramen- A thick, savory broth, made from pork bones, pork fat, collagen, and a hint of chicken broth, long, thin, noodles, topped with a seasoned, half-boiled egg, corn, nori, and slabs of chashyu (braised pork) and a few kakuni (braised pork cubes).
