Born of the 400 baby project of Mango-chan, Victoria is genetically the daughter of Joanna Smithson and Wolfwood. Due to her rocket capsule malifuncioning (though Jo likes to think the baby girl just didn't want to leave), Vicki was dropped off instead at Joanna's front step. While bewildered at first, Jo quickly warmed up to the child and now intends to raise the girl as her daughter.
During the summer of 2016, Victoria's natural ki powers grew to such an extent, that she started to fly under her own power. Not one to deny her child the joy of the experience, Jo has been carefully training her in improving these skills.
