Miss Cheri-Blossom is a tall, slender woman in a grey skirt, blood-red shirt and deathly white suit jacket. Her golden eyes glow brightly behind her severe red-rimmed glasses, and she wears her light pink hair up. She moves silently, and emanates an aura of disturbing calm.

She was eventually revealed to be [[Sakura April]] with her power sealed to remove her homicidal tendencies. Eventually the limitation was unable to contain Sakura April's true nature and she reverted to type.
