Hoenn Dub Changes

  • The Saban/TPCi Dub used these episodes as the last thirteen episodes of season one, it would also be the last Twin Monsters season they would work on in full.

Trivia

  • During production, This series and Twin Monsters III were collectively known in production as "野生木の戦士:XMAQ" (Wildwood Warriors: XMAQ) This change was initially made because the Digimon Kingdom was defeated and there were no Digimon originally scheduled to appear at the time. When the Villains were decided after the Malamar Portion, however, The Series was split into 2 separate series and rendered as numbered sequels. The Acronym was as follows, (X - ExtraTerrestrial, MA- MA(魔) - Demon, Q - 9- Ku - Death) Possibly meaning Extraterrestrial Demons of Death, Meaning that the Wildwood Warriors could have battled deadly aliens after the Malamar.
