Big Grocery
"It's more than just a corner store!" -- The Extremely Catchy Jingle for Big Grocery.

A grocery store selling all kinds of special items out of the back that just appeared on the second floor Lobby of The Hotel on April 15, 2015. It also sells a lot of New York Lottery tickets for some reason.
It is actually a front for a highly secret weapons and item cache that is only accessible to Gemini Sunrise (Stocker/Security), Vermellia X. Rosso (High Tech Weaponsmith), Arataka Wyldsord (Part-time Stocker/Security), The Proprietor (Owner), and Chateaux. The cache is walled in by matter lines, transduction barriers, time trenches, and Nth Metal to prevent a breach by any and all unauthorized entities.
It is protected on the outside by an anti-scrying and anti-divination spell of considerable power cast by Simon Kerrick on April 19, 2015, which The Proprietor purchased in exchange for an empty store and its lot in Akihabara. Simon apparently knew magic to extend some magical effects indefinitely, so this spell is currently still in effect.
It also has a handy ATM for Transtemporal Banking.
As of August 25th, 2023, Its storefront now exists both in the Atrium of The HOTEL and on a street in the Akihabara Alien Zone.

Secret items
On April 27-28, 2015, as the party defending the HOTEL from some mechanized Cavalry of the MongoFranco Axis Alliance neared defeat, the Proprietor appeared, handing out a secret "Power Pill" item that allowed the fighters to not only revive from defeat but achieve power levels of 1500 HP/1000 MP/30 SP. These items were given, not sold, which is an interesting fact considering Big Grocery's ostensible profit-seeking status.
